Flatmate Finders “Win an Apple iPad Mini” Promotion

Terms and Conditions:

1. The promoter of this offer is Linksoft Solutions Pty Ltd ABN 25 070 303 374 of Mount Hull Road, Collinsvale Tasmania 7012, phone 1300 661 960 (‘Promoter’).
2. Information about the prize and how to enter are part of these Terms and Conditions, and participation in this promotion is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Websites included in this promotion are: flatmatefinders.com.au and gayshare.com.au (‘Website’).
4. To enter this promotion:
• The participant must be a minimum of 18 years old and have a profile on the Website.
• The Promoter must be notified that the participant found a home or flatmate through their profile and there must be a record of the match within the participant’s profile.
• The notification must be submitted between the dates of 12:00 AM (EST) on 01 April 2013 and 11:59 AM (EST) on 30 June 2013.
• Any service or placement fees owed to the Promoter by the participate must be paid in full prior to the prize draw.
5. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for the inability to submit a notification, or late or lost notifications. Cancelled notifications, and duplicates of previous notifications, are not eligible to enter the promotion. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of the notification into the Promoter’s database.
6. There will be one winner each month of an Apple iPad Mini 16GB WiFi (‘Prize’) valued at $369. The winners will be drawn at the office of the Promoter as follows:
• Prize draw on 1st May from placement notifications received between 12:00 AM (EST) on 01 April 2013 and 11:59 AM (EST) on 30 April 2013.
• Prize draw on 1st June from placement notifications received between 12:00 AM (EST) on 01 May 2013 and 11:59 AM (EST) on 31 May 2013.
• Prize draw on 1st July from placement notifications received between 12:00 AM (EST) on 01 June 2013 and 11:59 AM (EST) on 30 June 2013.
7. The Promoter will call the winner to notify them that they have won, and post the Prize to the address provided. The Promoter will seek a testimonial and permission from the winner to use their first name for publicity and the result of the promotion will be published on Facebook.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for outdated or incorrect contact details, or contact details by which the winner cannot be contacted during business hours on the relevant dates. If the prize isn't claimed by the winner within 14 days the prize will be forfeited and a new winner drawn.
9. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
10. All information is stored and used in accordance with the Promoters privacy policy, which can be obtained from the Promoter’s Websites.
