A clean-cut, newly renovated, (before the current tenants), fully furnished townhouse, in Yarraville including 3 full size bathrooms, 2 big balconies, a well-sized comfortable kitchen, and a small second private kitchen.
700 m from Yarraville Train Station - 4 stops from Melbourne North and then into the city loop!
Just over 6km to North Melbourne Station by bike and only a little farther into the CBD
Bus 401 runs every FEW MINUTES to Melbourne University from North Melbourne Station.
Alternatively for buslovers / faredodgers / walking haters, take bus 223 or 472 to 402 changing at Footscray
Sebastian's wild plans for the garage include a pool table, record player, diversified (!) beer fridge, projector, futons, minibar, and possibly a piano. Under certain circumstances he may even be willing to share some of this space :)
