Hi there!
This is Marie & Sam, we are 32 and 35.
We have an amazing self-contained freshly renovated flat.
You will have your own separate entrance with driveway.
You can park your car in the driveway, there is an shade clothe area.
The apartment has its own kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, fridge, air conditioning and all furniture provided.
You will have access to our beautiful backyard. We have someone who come fortnightly to look after the yard.
Who are we looking for:
A respectful and calm single person who will be able to follow a few common sense house rules.
Someone CLEAN who won’t mind us doing inspections when required.
Preferably someone who work but open to student as well.
If you have any referrals or ledger that would be advantageous.
Please note, this is not party house, we have a calm and peaceful place, and we wish to keep it this way. If this is not for you, that’s totally fine, please don’t waste anyone’s time by reaching out to us.
This is a great and convenient location.
Bus stop, 5min from train station, close access to highway.
You also have everything you need in the area, Coles is 3min walking distance, 10min drive to North Lakes shopping centre.
