I'm 28.y.o and relocating from Christchurch NZ, around the 8th of June (though flexible).
I have a job lined up in agri-banking, which will be based in the CBD and working standard hours. So looking for a place that will be <30mins bus/bike/ferry to the CBD.
I enjoy; exploring new places, going for walks, the outdoors, paragliding (though currently injured) and the occasional drink or board game!

Important personal qualities
I only know a handful of people in Brisbane, so I would love to find more of a friendly social flat, rather than co-existing with housemates. E.g. hanging out watching TV, doing meals together, or having a drink! I'd like it to feel like everyone can have their friends around and everyone gets along.
