37 F, print mechanist with graphic design background - currently working permanent part-time. Looking for pleasant, low-key home-space to retreat to fro recharging after work shifts and working on creative side-projects (though sometimes I'll be working on these in the City rather than at home). I have a cat called Lucy + some furniture but am considering furnished places as well - ideally near a train station. Love going to the markets, gigs & art shows as much as I also love quietly crafting & creating things while relaxing at home. It would be great to find a friendly housemate to click with and share the household chores, occasional meals and chats.

Tidy and respectful of communal spaces and able to communicate effectively to keep household chores sorted. Someone who preferably parties in town rather than at home, is respectful of work hours & sleeping schedules, but open to hanging out sometimes and maybe making/sharing a meal together. Harmonious :)
