My name is Joshua, I am 31 and I am a shed coordinator for an insurance company based at an auction yard. I am moving from Melbourne back to Brisbane in November and am looking for accomodation for 3-6 months before I move to the Sunshine Coast for the next phase of my work/study career. I work 7-8am through to 3-4pm Monday-Friday and keep a busy routine outside of work also.

An ideal flat mate would be relatively friendly, easy going, clean, tidy, reliable and respectable of each other's and shared space in the home. Someone who isn't opposed to socialising whilst still be able to keep to themselves when appropriate.
Food sharing and furniture
I generally like to supply and store food for myself with my weekly grocery shop though I like having dinner nights with friends/house mates on a semi regular basis though not too phased either way, I like to cook! No special dietary requirements! I have a small bar fridge that I may or may not need depending on the circumstances of new household.
