Hi there
I’m Michael (featured right of frame) I’m currently looking for a new place to stay a bit closer to work with like minded people.
I work as a physiotherapist full time in a private practice in Preston which I thoroughly enjoy and find extremely rewarding. So I am out of the house for the majority of the day and work some afternoon shifts getting home after 8pm.
Outside of work I love spending my time keeping active whether it’s running, going to the gym or watching grass grow in my cricket matches on the weekend.
I also have a problematic addiction to coffee ( I do own and supply an espresso machine) and finding the best local cafes where I can enjoy a good book to read.
The ideal housemates for me don’t need to share similar interests (although that can be a bonus), as long as we share similar values then that’s all I feel you can ask for.

I value being respectful of peoples space and property first and foremost and that a housemate should add positivity to your life, and not additional stress.
I enjoy having a good time and laugh with my housemates, whether it’s over similar interests in hobbies, TV shows or humour. While I value the above I also enjoy spending time with myself and respect when my housemates do as well.

Food sharing and furniture
I value everyone having their own food and not eating eachothers unless asking prior. However I love letting my fellow coffee addicted housemates use my coffee machine as they please.
