Hi! I am Sabine, 38 and looking for a new home together with my 4y old standard poodle Oliver. I like an active lifestyle with sport, water and the outdoors. I love going to the gym, doing Muay Thai, hiking, cycling and spending time with my dog. I don't mind a nice Whiskey after a workout and socializing. I am a design engineer and work full time, 2 days from home. On days where I am going to the office, I will most likely take Oliver with me. I am looking for a relaxed home where we can have a chat in the common rooms, an occasional BBQ together but in which it is also okay to just spend some time alone.

I think direct and open communication is the key to a good flatmate. If you have a problem - please mention it to me and we can solve it. I think it is important to be aware of each others values and goes/no-goes when living together.
Food sharing and furniture
I prefer to have my own food and only share essentials like salt, pepper, oil and so on. I have a dining table and chairs, and a TV and some minor other things which can potentially go into a living room.
