I'm looking for easy-going, considerate, good crew of housemate who are respectful, honest, reliable, cleans up after themselves and pitches in for house-needs / pays bills on time etc. Would be good to catch up for a house meal every now and then, a good convo over a couple drinks but are independent also. I would prefer to live with others that enjoy a relatively healthy lifestyle and potentially open to having a couple mates over every now and then, however.. not really after a party house (house warming..yes)
