Hi I'm Mel! I am currently studying my Diploma of Visual Arts in Newcastle while working part time at an aged care facility in the Hunter area as a kitchenhand. I am a self described nerd and love curling up in bed with our cats. Most of my free time is spent working on art projects for Tafe or my own personal projects. I identify as queer and a part of the LGBTQIA+ community
My partner, Austin, is currently studying Software Engineering in Newcastle full time. He would also describe himself as a nerd and loves playing video games when he has the time.
We have have 2 beautiful cats, Maggie and Mishka, that live with us; as well as a third cat Lolly who we would love the opportunity to bring with us if possible.
We are looking for a granny flat/studio/seperated living space but would be very appreciative of anything. We are looking at renting this type of space for at least 6 months, but would love the stability of a year or longer
