I'm Trevor. I moved to this area in June this year and I've been staying with good friends until I find something more permanent.

Important personal qualities
I fit well with one other mature and intelligent type of person. I like my quiet space and I'm respectful of another's. I'm a pretty good cook, prepared to share those duties or work in with my housemate if they prefer independence. I rarely eat convenience foods. I would rather make something fresh. I'm looking to regain some of my previous fitness levels, meaning early nights and early starts to the day. Not fond of noisy environments including loud TV. My favourite houseshares in the past have been with females rather than males, but there is always room for exceptions to the rule. Happy to help with cleaning the house. I have pro grade cordless and I can use them for general maintenance, however I do know when to call in a tradie before I destroy anything..
Food sharing and furniture
I'm traveling fairly light. I have storage available for anything I don't need for a time, however I do need a space for my espresso machine and grinder. I also roast my own beans.

No pets currently. I genuinely adore most animals, but I'm not especially fond of pony sized dogs in the house.
