I'm Peter, I am 60 yo, I recently moved back from South Africa after a 4.5 year stint there. My tools & some furniture eventually arrived and looking for a room from a couple of months till long term 6 months+. I'm currently living with family. I am very easy going and have shared with others for a big part of my life, in South Africa as well as here in Australia. Used to be a software developer most of my life but will set up my handyman business once again now that my tools arrived. I would need a safe place like a lock up garage or a shed that is easily accessible as needed. I love cats and dogs. Would prefer to live with grounded, emotionally mature and stable people/person because that is who I am.
Important personal qualities
I don't drink or smoke but have no issue being around people who do. As I am reasonably tidy, it would be good to live in a place that respects common shared areas and are reasonably tidy themselves.
Food sharing and furniture
I normally cook for myself but would not be against sharing a meal together occasionally. I do not have a bed so would prefer to have a space that can provide one. I have bedside tables and other bits of furniture if it can fit in the room
