I'm 26 years old, moving to Sydney from New Zealand in July. I'll be working in the CBD (around 2-3 days in the office) and also WFH, so ideally looking for a place that is less than 30 minutes transit from the CBD. I love a good coffee, exploring the city, and am currently picking up Pickleball.
I've lived with flatmates before so am respectful of shared spaces, and usually cook most days so would be looking for a clean and reasonably sized kitchen area. Other things I'm looking for are in-unit laundry facilities and a bathroom that isn't too run down (happy to pay a bit extra for my own ensuite but its not a requirement for me).
Whilst I am extroverted I also appreciate my own time and am happy to live with either social flats or flats that are more chill and quiet. I don't have an issue with guests, pets, parties, etc. although unfortunately no cats (allergies sorry) and kids.
Budget, move in date, and lease length are all flexible.
