Description of the home
1925 bungalow! From the outside it looks very secure with lots of security screens on windows, and lots of parking space.
Once Inside the home opens to light filled spaces, wooden floors, seperate bathrooms, 2 main bedrooms and 1 spare room/retreat, a couple of office areas, large in dining kitchen and a big undercover outdoor enclosed entertainment room suitable for all year round gatherings(gets a bit warm in the peak of summer), plenty of indoor plants, further outside is a large veggie garden and huge lawn space.
2 sheds, one very large shed able to store any goods securely. Lovely Neighbour’s all around.

Hello, I’m Dave! I’m 38, gay, and I have lived only with str8 guys or girls in the past… I love good banter!!
I’m a private person but also enjoy sharing the couch, kitchen etc and a bit of a chat, or daily debrief.
I work from home full time apart from on the road meetings with clients. I have 2 small dogs, both Pomeranians who rule the house but are no trouble. One is 16 and every day we cheer that she’s made another day lol and the other is 3 and obsessed with toys, especially the ball.
I Love the veggie garden, and Cooking/entertaining is a fun passion.
I play some golf when I get the chance and I work a second casual job in a cellar door winery in the hills.
I love to chill out, binge watch a bit of tv, or have the occasional friends over for a feed.
Very respectful of noise, especially on a school night it’s great to have the house quiet after 10pm. I’m a little OCD with cleaning or keeping tidy (Altho only to a point… I also like to live and sloth from time to time or get into a mess if I’m cooking or entertaining).
I enjoy a bubbles or wine and then gin etc. I’m single, but I don’t have a revolving door and very choosy of visitors as such. I live on coffee and have a great coffee machine!
I’m looking for someone easy going to live with who’s clean n tidy, social but also enjoys quiet downtime and respectful of the home and shared spaces. Someone with a good personality who enjoys a laugh and good banter is ideal! If you like quiet weeks but then enjoy a few weekend drinks then great!
This isn’t a party house, and I’m not looking for someone who has people over every other night of the week. But a friend over for dinner and enjoying the outside entertainment room is welcome… I guess it’s just balance and something to discuss with each other about visitors and checking ok with each other.
The house has a massive shed so if you need to store anything securely you can do.
The bedroom fits a king bed with side tables, a desk and a console stand for tv/gaming as a past housemate loved gaming in his room, so I know it all fit in quite comfortably.
You’ll have your own bathroom which is the main bathroom, so any visitors would likely also use this area so it’s important it’s kept neat, clean and tidy.
I do currently have a cleaner once a fortnight which is amazing and I’d look at keeping them on to help with the house maintenance.
For the right person it would be great to find someone looking for a longer share house, but I’m open to 6 months or so.

They are groomed regularly and have a doggy door to come n go in/outside as they please.
