This home is a 5 minute walk from the woodlands park train station & a 10 minute walk to the castle plaza shopping centre.
The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom hallway house. I have the Master Bedroom at the front with the Ensuite.
The new renter will have the 2 additional rooms and the main Bathroom.
I am looking for someone with a secure income, a kind person & someone who will cause me no stress during our lease :)
