I am looking for someone to take on a 12 month (august 2022 - august 2023) lease with me.

A homely home, with lots of natural light and a gorgeous green front and back garden to enjoy breakfast or a coffee.

The reverse cycle AC in the loungeroom fills the room in minutes, so you're always comfortable whilst relaxing on the couch, cooking a meal or reading/working at the dining table.

You're only a short walk from Kurrulta Central (Kmart, Cibo, Sushi, Coles, etc.) - it's literally at the end of the street, with some great cafes less than 500m away. There's also a creek and walking path at the other end of the street.

The neighbours are quiet, respectful and keep to themselves (mostly families), and there's plenty of off-street parking so your car is out of sight.

The main bedroom (your room) has a ceiling fan, incredibly soft, new carpet and fantastic views of the front lawn and garden.
