Description of the home

Hi, my name is Sally and I’m looking for a female housemate to share my beautiful new home in Lightsview.

The house is fully furnished aside from your bedroom and you will have private use of the main bathroom (apart from when I have an occasional bath!). Your room contains built in robes and will fit a queen size bed and bedside tables. There is ducted a/c and heating throughout plus a ceiling fan in the bedroom, double glazing on all windows and sliding doors (great for noise reduction and insulation), all new appliances, security system, Netflix and a small courtyard out the back.

There are numerous shops and cafes within walking distance and the surrounds have lots of green spaces. The location is 8km from the city and convenient to Prospect and Norwood with good public transport links (bus). Car parking in the driveway will be available.
