There are 3 bedrooms available. Bedrooms have new quilt, pillows, sheetset, quilt cover and a few new towels.
You would be sharing with me (the home owner) I am an older woman. I am friendly but like my own space and privacy as much as that's possible in a shared house haha.i would also respect your personal space and privacy. If there is anything you want to ask about me or the place, or to arrange a mutually convenient time to come and see the place, please feel free to contact me.

Description of the home

Well equipped kitchen, large dining/livingroom, laundry/bar/sunroom, with a dartboard.
All shared areas are vacuumed and mopped twice a week by a cleaner.
You are responsible to keep your own room clean, and to clean and tidy shared areas after use, so they are clean when anyone else needs to use those areas, especially kitchen bathroom and toilet.
Shared bathroom, 2 separate toilets so only 2 people. use each toilet.
You will have a key to lock your room.
Bus stop 2 minutes walk from house, bus goes to City, Flinders Uni, Hospital, Noarlunga shopping centre, and Train station.
10 min walk to local supermarket, lovely bakery, Vietnamese and Chinese takeaways. Doctor 2 min drive.10 min drive to beach. So is a very convenient location.

Bills and expenses

About the occupants
I am the home owner and I live in the house. My name is Alexandra, i am retired.
There is currently one other flatmate who's name is Marius and is from France. He is working full-time. He will probably only be here for about 3 months, as he will then be travelling to see other parts of Australia.

No drug users or excessive alcohol use, smoking is outside only. You must love animals as I have cats and a parrot.
Description of pets
I have several cats. One of them lives permanently inside the main part of the house and in my room. Her name is Chi Chi and she is a bit of a Diva, and she thinks she owns the house. So you would need to keep your bedroom door closed or she will curl up on your bed and have sleep. The other cats spend the daytime outside in a large enclosure when the weather permits. Otherwise they are in the laundry or in my room. Their names are Ziggy, Stardust, Goku and Kumi. I also have a galah who is in his cage unless I'm giving him a cuddle. His name is Lollipop. So to live here you would really have to love animals. But unfortunately it also means it would not be possible for you to bring a cat or dog with you.
