Opposite Eight Mile Plains busway (easy 10-min walk to platform) so convenient for those commuting to the city. Only one stop away from Westfield Garden City (or 5-min drive). Easy access to M1 and M3 motorways. Limited on-street parking and ample parking in the commuter carpark. Ideal for someone who doesn't drive and/or commutes into the city/to the south side for work. Doctors and gym in adjacent building, convenience store within 5-mins drive, safe pathway for walking/jogging (connects to park near Garden City).
