Looking for a housemate to share the property with me and my two dogs. Located just down the road from a bus stop and with park land across the street it is a really nice quiet area to live. 2 minute drive to the M1, 20 minute drive to Griffith University Nathan Campus, 10 minutes to Carindale shopping Center, 15 minutes to Garden City shopping Center and 20 minutes to Brisbane Airport. Nice backyard, air conditioning in 2 bedrooms and lounge room. The house has three bedrooms so we would share the third one which I currently have my work out bench in. Internet included in rent. Double garage and off street parking. Liking dogs is a must. Looking for a non smoke/non vaper, reliable, trustworthy person that works and can show rental history. Can’t have any more pets unfortunately as not approved by landlord.
