Looking for housemate! It’s a 2 storey townhouse in Moorooka that is 3 bed, 2 bath + additional toilet downstairs.
I’m looking for only 1 housemate. Must be clean and tidy, non smoker, no pets. The house has lots of space and everyone gets their own bathroom/toilet. House is large so lots of space. I’m pretty chill and work from home a bit but am also out on the road.
Woolworths is about a 7min walk, bus stops about 5min and everything in between is very close also. Lots of street parking available as well.
The price is including electricity bills. Room is unfurnished.
