Details
Rent will increase in January, thanks to our landlord. Each room will go up by $ 41,67 per week. Bond is $ 1100 (will be lodged with RTA) and we are paying two weeks ahead. The two weeks will be payed back to you when you move out or if the lease ends we all stop paying two weeks before leaving the property. We are happy to pay open all the costs for the house on inspection ( including rent for each room, previous bills, floor plan, etc). We are happy for you to join the lease and build rental history.
