Room and bathroom available in a clean and tidy 2 bed 2 bath home. Bedrooms and bathrooms all upstairs and downstairs is a spacious kitchen and living space and a small backyard.
Super accessible area, Mount Gravatt Plaza with supermarkets is a 5 minute walk. Bus stops, coffee shops and restaurants are only 2–3 minute walk away. There is plenty of street parking available too.
Mount Gravatt outlook reserve is super close by and the walking tracks start at the end of the street, if you’re into nature it’s a great place to live!
The room currently has a queen bed and mattress in it that can either stay or be removed if you prefer unfurnished.
