You can rent whole room by yourself as well, two friends are welcomed as well. Bright and clean house in Prince st, Paddington, close to city, lots of bus stops nearby, shops, cafe and restaurant, gym everything is just about some minutes walk away. Friendly Asian people living in house, peaceful environment. No pets sorry because there’s a dog, his owner keeps him outside.

People living here currently are asians but we accept any race and religion. Couple living in one room (business owners so working full time), I’m living in one room (student and part time worker) and one room is available now. It’s a share room, can be shared with your friend (if you already have a friend) or we can find you a female friend to share. There’s a big backyard and also a Labrador Dog which lives outside. Nice view of the city and peaceful environment.
