This small, gated complex is safe and secure with wonderful transport links. 5-10min walk to Salisbury train station and 3 minutes walk to bus stop. Very close to university with only a 10 minute cycle, 40 minute walk or numerous buses that stop the the stop of the street and go to Nathan campus.

You would have your own bedroom with built ins and mirrors, bathroom with shower and your own small lounge/study room next to your room (pictured as the smaller room). Shared area downstairs is kitchen, dining and living room and backyard.

I work regular working hours in childcare and enjoy hanging out with friends and my dog on the weekends. looking for someone responsible who is willing to share duties around the house and just keep things neat and tidy (don't worry I'm not a clean freak!).
