I’m after a couple for the main bedroom. Small pets welcome as we are fully fenced. Office space also available.

The home is comfy, cosy, clean & in a quiet area. Fabulous verandah for outdoor entertaining with large gas & coal BBQ. Big back yard & an inflatable hot outdoor spa and shed space.

Home is fully furnished. There’s an upright piano in the living room if you play, two bathrooms. (Bathroom down stairs is a little rough but good for emergencies). Down stairs laundry area has a 2nd fridge, washer & dryer.

I’ve Apple TV, Netflix, Bing and excellent Wifi and a 22 inch TV screen.
We are close to the esplanade (5min drive), restaurants, golf course, shops, train station & other essential amenities
everything you need in a comfortable home.
The room has a queen size bed and has a large built in wardrobe.
The rent includes internet, Netflix, Bing, Water bill but electricity will need to be divided equally.
