A queen sized bed would fit into the 2nd bedroom, but not a lot of other furniture. However you also have use of the 3rd bedroom, also with a ceiling fan & built in wardrobe. It could work as a small private lounge (if you prefer over the main lounge room); study; craft room or just for storage.

Main unit in a low block house & attached granny flat (separate entrance). Small backyard. Air conditioning for the open area of the house & manages two bedrooms as well. Exclusive use of main bathroom (shower over tub) with shared kitchen, dinning room & laundry. We can negotiate the use of the lounge room, but I have a small reading & TV area outside my bedroom, at the back of the house.

Two bedrooms available for your use, either a bedroom & lounge/study/craft room or guest room.

Quiet street, dog park nearby or green area.

A basically flat commute to Lindum Train station, 1.2km away, local bus stops. Minutes drive or walk to Wynnum Plaza with both Coles & Woolworths, along with KMart & speciality stores. Aldi is just in the next suburb, but still only minutes away in the car. Fancy a walk along the Esplanade at dawn or when the fairy lights are lit around the Moreton Bay Fig Trees, opposite local fish n chips shops? How about the Jan Powers Markets at Manly one Saturday a month or the Manly Creative Markets each Sunday morning? How about some dining at eateries, clubs or restaurants in the Wynnum/Manly area?

Warm, welcoming home with non-judgemental atmosphere. I use the garage as my craft area as I volunteer card making classes for a disability support service each fortnight.

At times I will babysit Jace, my adult son's Jack Russell Terrier. She is desexed, microchipped, up to date with her worming & registered with the council. As a JRT she is an intelligent dog who will try to escape if given half a chance! This has been her home for the last three years (since a puppy), until her & my son moved out just recently!
