A furnished unit with a furnished bedroom, tidy, clean. Both bathroom and bedroom have locks on the inside. With a weekly cleaner. It's small but has a sunroom with 20' window/doors. We are very close to Taigum shopping centre(2 blocks walk), a central bus route. A little further from Zillmere train station. I have an ensuite. The vacant room has a bathroom and shares with the laundry. The room has door locks on the inside, so does the bathroom. Wifi is in the rent.

Two blocks from shopping. Buses run past. Train station is there but a little more of a walk. Once a fortnight cleaner for the common areas, toilets, and my ensuite. And one very big coffee machine(I like my coffee). I have a bird so you can't be scared of Birds, the form does not give me the option so I do not have either a cat or dog.
