Pressed tin, shutters, timber ceiling and an amazing deep Japenese wooden soaking tub - this room has so much character. Northerly triple aspect views to the hills and bush, and allows for cross ventilation. Own external entry to the room. There is a space for a desk (not provided) with data point connection, and a modem satelitte in your room for the best speeds possible. Ensuite has modern walk in shower, Japanese Soaking Tub (Western Red Cedar) with opening window and toilet. The double vanity is next to that with a walk through closet that has a small filing cabinet.

It has it's own reverse cycle heat pump.
With a chair and queen sized bed for relaxing and sleeping and bedside tables with built in lamps. Fully fitted out with linen, bedding & towels.

This room is the most private externally of the 2 bedrooms.

This house has a TELSTRA mobile booster for excellent data and call connection. (Can be with a Testra network outsourced company such as Woolworths etc. and will still work)

Beautiful quiet rural & bush outlook, only 10 minutes to Devonport CBD and Latrobe is 12min (the map is showing incorrect location). Spreyton IGA is 3 min away. Amazing views out of the rafted ceiling in the kitchen & living areas. Character filled house & small yard with half wrap around deck that leads to the 2 bedrooms external entries. Surrounded by bush.
• 2 x Private bedrooms each with own entry, ensuite, reverse heat pump, large built-in robe, data connection for PC, modem/router, free-to-air TV connection (TV not included in rooms) & beautiful northern views. Ensuites have walk in modern showers with rain shower heads, & built in cistern toilet. Extra storage room in bedroom 1, and Japanese Soaking tub in bedroom 2.
• Not suitable for children or pets sorry.
• 1 open living space with large reverse cycle heat pump with powder room for guests
• Full kitchen, Miele oven, Pantry, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven.
• Power, water and wifi all included in rent.

Please note: The property has 2 dwellings, one is the landlords 20m away, (their family & a dog). They have sole use of the bush area that surrounds the dwelling, which they use frequently, (as well as a shed near the dwelling), including running the dog offleash daily, mountain biking, cutting wood, bush clearing, driving vehicles past etc. There is a small yard, but the washing line is outside of that.

Note that this property is fully furnished, and on a Boarding Lease Agreement, which has different rules than a Residential Tenancy
