The house is situated in a quick court. All neighbours is fantastic and help others. Its quick a large house. 4 Bedroom. Separate lounge ( cinema ) room and living area. The house is fuly furnish and everything in the house can be used. Well nearly everything. I ask to respect my positions. All you will need to bang your self. Bus stop just around the corner. IGA in walking distant. Just behind. The Grovedale Hotel. There is also another living area outside too if you won’t to relax out. Full hair conditioner. ,The room for rent is the second biggest bedroom in the house. Have a windows to the back yard. But when finishes you will look at a gazebo inspire area. Witch can be use to any time. I am happy for you to has as many people over that you want. All I ask to show respect, and threat the home like it was you own. Clean up after your self. Be their four each other. I am one of the most easy going people out there. I am their to help, talk to if you need someone to listen. Help you with life advise.. But I am manly hear to have fun and lough and enjoy life. I have three dogs. Now there are my kids. If you get alone with them you we will get along great.
