In the heart of highland park , we have dog parks , great restaurants- all the takeaway places you can think of - Bmx track - Cole’s - Woolys Bunnings the whole lot.
I have a fridge , washing machine - in the living area dinning table sofa and large tv .
1 separate toilet and bathroom in the house . Preferably I would just like 1 other person or 1 other couple to move in.
There are 2 bedrooms - you can choose which one you would prefer .
It’s a shared separate toilet and bathroom.
Courtyard out the back I’m looking to buy a bbq so you can also use that .
Balcony that looks over the national forest and we have a shared pool which is quiet for you 9 times out of 10 .
The neighbours are awesome and we all help each other out if you ever need anything .
Just looking for someone kind respectful of the environment and place your staying in .
Not work from home and must love dogs my partner has a 14 week old cavoodle who loves cuddles and visits.
It’s only me living here but my partner runs her business out the garage for now
We are in the heart of the Gold Coast where broadbeach , burleigh , Helensvale, bond uni everything is 20 mins away . There is public transport but cars would suit more . I have a car park space on my driveway for you .

I’m social but love space . I want you to feel comfortable and I’m very quiet and very respectful of people privacy.
I’m a clean tidy and organised person and always like to feel this is a place I can come to after work to relax.
I do sometimes like to keep to myself as emotionally I can be exhausted but I’m never rude and always say hello and some small talk on those tired days . But other than that I’m super social, bubbly and kind.
It’s a super quiet neighbourhood and we do have a community pool opposite the balcony which have a stunning view of the national park .
Preferably into fitness and not the drinking scene . However I’m super social and love having people live with me .
Happy for people to vape but no smoking .
I’m bubbly , I surf , I play AFL and I’m pretty chilled I have a partner who visits from time to time like to keep to myself
