Move in approx mid to end of August, we are currently renovating the ensuite in your room so will be brand new for your move in.

About the apartment:
2 bedroom 2 bathroom, shared laundry also newly renovated and shared kitchen/lounge area. Located in Diamond Beach Resort you’ll have access to the 2 pools and spas. Your room has its own ensuite which will be brand new. The room is fully furnished with a king bed and 2 bedside tables which need to stay. You have a sliding door cupboard in the room and balcony access from your bedroom. A ceiling fan also.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

About your room mates:
You’ll be living with my partner, myself and our golden retriever. We are both 28 years old working shift work as nurses, we like to live a very chilled quiet lifestyle. Larry our golden retriever is a very chilled dog who just likes a cuddle.

We are looking for female housemates only.
Rent is $400/week bills not included.

Internet is approx $25/month.
Electricity approx $150-$200 pp every 3 months.
