Description of the home

Room to rent in a 2b/2bth apartment in Southport. Own bathroom, a/c, ceiling fan, queen bed, built-ins and TV. A great location near a tram stop & Australia Fair shopping centre. Pool and spa in the complex.

One week in advance and 2 weeks bond - $360 per week. ID & payslips need to be provided for reference purposes. Bills (electricity & water) not included. Sharing with one female. No couples or children sorry.

I work shift work but no overnight work. I usually have Mondays and Tuesdays off then every second weekend. I’m looking for someone to move in about 7th October 24.

I smoke but outside/out of the complex, I am respectful with this. I am a night owl due to my shifts bit I try to keep very quiet. I like to equally have a chat & laugh but also have time to myself. I am a social person so I often head out to see friends in my spare time.
