ILO Supportive Flatmate required

I am looking for a mature supportive flatmate (25-60 yr.), male or female, to share my 3-bedroom townhouse who is responsible, friendly, and tidy.

Features of this great property include:

-Situated in a gated, quiet small complex on a no-through road, short walking distance to light rail station, shopping centres, Australia Fair, Queen St Village, Brickworks, Ferry Road Market, and Convenience Stores.

- Spacious carpeted bedroom with reverse cycle air conditioning and fan (furnished or unfurnished as required), built-in wardrobe and main bathroom.

- Modern bathroom with bathtub that I won’t use and a downstairs powder room.

- Comfortable, clean open-plan living and dining space with reverse cycle air conditioning/fan.

- New fantastic gourmet kitchen with a dishwasher and plenty of storage and bench space.

- Garage and Off-street car parking.

- Paved courtyard area with awning for easy gardening and relaxing.

- Small garden.

You can can move in for $300.00 per week (which includes unlimited WiFi and water but not electricity). You will be paid a weekly stipend ($600 taxable income) in exchange for your commitment to provide me with companionship (usually 4 dinners a week plus shopping). Minimum of 6 months stay or longer.

The townhouse is capable of hosting a small to medium sized dog, as well as other animals. Unfortunately I’m allergic to cats however, so they’re out.

If this interests you, please contact me stating:
- Your age.
- If you have pets.
- Smoking status.
- A short description of who you are and why you would be a suitable supportive flatmate and why you are interested in being a supportive flatmate.

Do be aware that the process of ensuring you will be a good fit will take several weeks and will require a police check.

About the occupants
Cooking being the main area I’m looking for support in. The reason I’m looking for a supportive flatmate is that I’m looking for someone to support me because of the executive dysfunction that comes with autism, such as help organising and planning.
Compatible people
I am looking for a housemate who I get along with. So ideally has common interests with me, doesn’t beat around the bush and has some maturity. If you have some appreciation, understanding or experience (bearing in mind the heterogeneity of autism) that would be a bonus. Also not interested in loud music, parties, excessive drinking, drug usage, smoking and frequent visits from other people. No couples.
