Bills and expenses

As the sole caretaker/Tenant
I have unit domestically cleaned on a basic level once to twice per week. But you must be sure to clean up after yourself, rather than leaving stuff around in common area.
The house keeper I pay for, I m happy for then to changer your sheets and vacum once per week if you wish at no extra cost.

Nothing beats Coming home to a clean house on a Friday afternoon and have time to enjoy all its weekend water activities

If you would like your own room and bathroom done that can be organised. Personally I just like to stay on top of things like bond clean costs and annoyances should they ever occur?
We both ensure common area clean/tidy :) electric included within reasonable use TBD. Hi speed wifi and NBN available rent Includes wifi 200gb per month used mostly for streaming. extremely fortunate that we are not charged for water use, instead very exceptional electric rates. Last year I paid approx 300 for entire year.
Be mindful to turn switches not in use off please.
No charge for gentle laughter.

The building itself is extremely well kept including its two swimming pools one which is heated and a lap heated pool, including lagoon pool. No jumping in, smile a must.
