I have just completed renovations on my place in altona meadows. It's nearby the gymnasium and golf course, wallabies to Apex dog park and 4km to altona pier. 1 minute drive to a Central Square shopping mall and a 2 minute drive to laverton station.

The place is looking schmick with hardwood floors throughout, a double size stand alone bath, stone benchtops in kitchen, laundry and bathroom, a fresh paint job throughout and black hardware such as door handles, taps qnd granit sinks. Double oven, new appliances including gas stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer.

I work full time as a lawyer and spend time at my partners place in St kilda. It's just me at the moment so there's a fair bit of space. The third bedroom is an office which I use 2 days a week maximum, and which you could make use of if u liked.

Bedroom available has a wardrobe and a dresser (got matching retro teak furniture throughout). Place has a backyard and a bungalow currently used for storage which u can store things in too.

I work pretty hard but I do love playtime and chats too. Always down for a drink qnd a laugh. Let me know if this sounds like it might suit u!
