The largest bedroom in this four-bedroom property is now available. The bedroom features a built-in three-door wardrobe, reverse-cycle air conditioner and central heating. It contains a king-size bed, a tall chest of drawers and a standard set of drawers. These can be moved into the garage if you would like to bring your own furniture. The house is comfortable, with a nice bathroom and kitchen. We have a new washing machine and the living room is fully furnished. At the moment we don't have a dining table but will have one shortly. There is ample storage space in the garage and we are happy to accept pets, however, the real estate agent would need to be asked first.
The bedroom is available either furnished or empty.
The current tenants are two young men (both in their 20s) and myself, I am in my mid-30s. The two men work full-time and mostly keep to themselves when home. I am a Master of Arts student. All three of us attend St Alfred's in Blackburn North.

Double room with built in wardrobe available in Blackburn South for $576 per month. Situated in a quiet peaceful court.

We each live independently but enjoy spending some time together. We share all bills and sometimes enjoy a friendly walk together or play board games every now and then.

The house has air conditioning in the lounge room and central ducted heating. We have a cleaner attending the house once a fortnight and a gardener every few weeks, this is fully funded by one housemate. We’re looking for someone friendly and who is seeking long term accommodation. None of us has the intention to move any time soon.

The bedroom is large enough for a double bed and bedroom furniture. Currently, the bedroom holds a double bed, dressing table and bedside table, a freestanding mirror and tall fan. The room features a built-in wardrobe.
