We are looking for x2 people to take over our lovely house in Brunswick West! The house is big, gets lots of light during the day, and has a lovely garden perfect for BBQs 🏡

The house: A gorgeous two bed unit on a quiet and peaceful road just off Albion Street in Brunswick West. It has beautiful wooden floors throughout, and the living room and both bedrooms get heaps of natural light during the day ☀️ Both bedrooms are big and have plenty of storage space, including built in wardrobes. There is a private garden out front which is lovely to sit for a morning coffee ☕️ There is a split system in the living room that was installed in April and runs like a dream. You’d also have your own personal parking space in a shared drive 🚗

Location: the house is a 2 minute walk from the 503 bus 🚌 and a 10 minute walk from both the 58 and 59 trams with super easy access to the city 🚃 It is also a short cycle away from both Moonee Ponds and Sydney Road 🚲 There’s an IGA about 5 minutes walk away 🛒 and cafes and bars about 10 minutes walk away ☕️🍷 The house is also super close to the Moonee Ponds Creek (lovely for a stroll or cycle!) and there’s plenty of cute parks nearby 🌿

The nitty gritty:
The house is unfurnished and available from 15 December (we are happy to arrange a slightly later move in date for the right person/people). Rent is $550 weekly (can be split between 2 people), and bills come to around $80 each on top of that. Our agency will also require a bond ($2390).

Accessibility info: there is a small (approx 3in) step to get in both the front door and back door. The house is generally very quiet (no neighbour noise and it’s in a cul-de-sac off the main road). If you have any other questions, we’re super happy to chat!
