Newly built 2 bedroom ground apartment with large outdoor terrace 4 minute walk from Southland and Southland Station in Bayside. Walking distance to Highett Rd Cafe and Shops, Charman Rd Cafes and Shops. 4 minutes to Dan Murphy by foot LOL! 5 minute drive to Sandringham, Black Rock and Beaumaris. Bus Stop out the front. Honestly its the best!

Fairly spacious living area considering its a 2 BR apartment more sizable than most -especially in summer as outdoor terrace extends out the front and around the corner of the property with outdoor lounge area, BBQ and dining area.

2 bathrooms are modern and sizeable so each of us would have our own. Ive just been using the spare as a guest powder room when I have people over. European laundry.

Most of the neighbours in this apartment block are like family. In warmer months we have monthly happy hours in the common area and we look out for one another.

Despite being on a main road the insulation from noise is surprisingly amazing as I really don't hear the traffic.

Bills and expenses

Monthly rent is payable by me on 27th of each month.

I will collect $705 per fortnight from you which includes $655 fortnightly rent PLUS $50 for your share per fortnightly purchase of our Laundry, your Bathroom, our Kitchen and other household items to keep the apartment clean and maintained. This does not include your personal items such as hand soap, shower gel and shampoo.

Outgoings -Internet, Gas, Water and Electricity shared 50/50
Internet sharing on my plan and Netflix optional.

Outgoing and social Im either organising happy hours in our apartment block community area or out and about attending networking events or catching up with friends. A love of cooking I always like to entertain and try new dishes. Raised on country values I'm very neighbourly and hospitable. Whilst I enjoy being around people I also enjoy my alone time. Lover of Labradors but don't have a pet at this time as wanting to travel in the future.

As this is not my property and the landlord only wants my name on the lease but has granted permission for me to sublease, means I am responsible for the property. My expectation is that we respect and take care of it as our own. Communication is key to making relationships work so an effective communicator is desirable.
