It has a generous private court yard and a garage plus an extra car space in front of the garage. The house has split system aircon in living areas and one bedroom and has a great kitchen equipped with a dishwasher.
The room is unfurnished and has a built in robe as well as lots of great natural light.

I love going out for brunch and drinks and socialising with friends but also love my down time. I love cooking and catching up over a nice meal wine and some trashy reality TV.
