Short walking distance to 2 different tram routes; 57 & 59. Moonee Ponds train station also 10 minutes walk.
Walking distance to large supermarket & high street shops on Puckle Street.
Unit is a comfortable size, ground level. One of only 3 on block, well kept, good neighbours. Unit is very clean, very retro. & has a large, comfortable lounge room, fully furnished.
Kitchen is also a good sized, as I am a private chef it’s well stocked with pots, pans dishes etc.
Sizeable courtyard which I’m trying to weed & tidy at the moment.
Street is very quiet & safe, excellent cafe 5 min walk
