We have an unfurnished spare room in our lovely lil old house!! It’s a retro house in Nunawading, a 5 minute walk from the train station and very close to nearby shops, parks and restaurants! My housemate has already started moving her things out so the room should be available soon!!
You will share the house with myself (25) and Lachy (28) and two pups Clover & Callie 🥰
Lachy works full time making guitars during the week and is often out skateboarding on the weekends and I work as a veterinary nurse as well as in retail so we're often coming and going a lot
We're looking for someone who's super easy going & clean. Someone who loves dogs is a must & no other pets please :)

The rent is $594 due on the 18th of each month, bond is the same and will just be transferred to our housemate moving out.
