I'm on the hunt for a new housie - high vibe honey - bill splitter - pal to share this fabby casa with.

Preston - though it’s technically the border of Coburg & Preston. Super close to the Merri Creek, Edgars Creek and the Coburg lake.
All Primo spots for a sunrise or sunset stroll.
🪟YOUR ROOM
You can have a room and a study or one big room.
If you opt for two rooms:
One is a mid size room (3 x 3m) with plenty of space for all your tidbits. It housed a double bed, though I think you could fit a queen in there too.
Your built in robes are in the middle room
(3m x2.5m) which can be used as a dressing room, a study, a storage space, a creative room of possibilities. Lots of options.
Having two rooms is great for those of you that work from home or study so you can have that separation.
If you choose the big room, it’s got huge built in robes a ceiling fan, European shutters to keep the heat out, beaut light and plenty of room for a desk. It’ll fit a queen bed comfortably.

$1043 pcm + bills (internet, water, gas, electricity, mowing)

You’re welcome to move in from mid December.
🎈GREAT THINGS ABOUT THIS HOUSE
It’s located on a sleepy street in Preston.
A 10ish minute 🚶🏾♀️ will get you to the tram stop (the #11 & #1), walking trails, Woolworths and the coffee shop.
There’s a Huge garden - great for cartwheels, morning meditations, doggos, backyard cinemas & fire pit hangs.
PS it would be the best if you’re into gardening !

I’m an open hearted, creative bean in her early 30s that loves a good chat (the real-real not the fluffy stuff) and a giggle.
I’m one of those introvert-extroverts who comes alive in the company of others but also likes my own company and chill time.
My schedule is a bit all over the place (freelancer’s life eh?), though I tend to work most weekends and do need to wake up at 430 sometimes 😅
PS I love fizzy water, dog walking, ice cream and hula hooping. I’m a vego but don’t mind what you eat.
