Description of the home

The room is medium sized with a built-in robe, it could easily fit a queen bed. There is one bathroom and separate 2 toilet and laundry. Large open plan living room and kitchen and nice courtyard. I’m located on right across the Edwards Lake. The street is pretty quiet, and I like to keep the house clean and tidy. Off street car park available within unit compound.

You would be living with Carl (me 32yo) and Arya (my Doberman 6yo). I am working in disability support care and also have a cafe in Reservoir calls Köz cafe (google it pls 😊 ). I spend my evenings at the cafe, and during the day at work.

Arya is queen of the house, anyone that moves in will have to love dogs and be comfortable with their personal space being invaded regularly. She spends at least an hour at the park a day and the rest of her time snoozing in the sun. She is a pretty bossy girl though so you will need to be comfortable with big dogs, in return she will bring you a gift every time you come home (usually a shoe)

I’m looking for someone who is open with communication and very clean. I’m happy for you to have friends over but it is definitely not a party house.
