Helloo, we have a room available for rent! Come and join us on the balcony for dinner from where we may survey the grounds and discuss our insecurities over a refreshment of our choosing, staring wistfully into the distance is also permitted.

The dream:
Time spent in lockdown has brought housing security and choice of lifestyle into sharper focus, aswell as our connection with and proximity to nature, to this end come and join us in:
- Living a bit further out of the hustle and bustle in keeping with a slower pace of life
- Living close to a creek and walking trail (145metres to Darebin Creek trail / Creek) at the end of the street for walks and good cycling route.
- Paying cheaper rent
- Relative flexibility in customising the house due to a good relationship with the landlord.
- Large backyard to create an edible oasis and chillout area

The house:
A large double story house, fairly spacious, has a small cellar, large balcony upstairs and porch beneath.
Large backyard with development of an edible garden underway.

This is not a party house but we may have the odd birthday party etc.
We have fairly varied schedules yet plan to create a space where we can share the odd meal and/or kitchen debrief.
