This room is the master bedroom. Tom had this room, the parking spot, and the office, so he paid more. You could split the rent however you want. This room has more closet space, an ensuite, and a built in desk, so if you're someone who likes your own space, this is for you. It would be really good for a couple too.

I keep a queen sized bed in here, which works well for me. The only other furniture I need is a chest of drawers, as there is plenty of room in the wardrobe. I love this room because the whole wall is covered in windows, and lets in the best sunlight when I want it to. Tom has the ensuite, so I have claimed the other bathroom as my own. (Heaps of room for my two cats' litter boxes. Rent can be split however you and the other person agrees, but we split bond evenly down the middle. ($1,292)

This is a full, 2 bedroom lease transfer with option to renew in May!

This place is awesome! Truly sad to have to leave it, but my housemate has bought his own place, so we're moving. (The whole place is up for grabs.) The living room and kitchen have heaps of room and are in great condition. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher that always leaves the dishes sparkling. The pantry and storage areas around the apartment have ample space to store things, so it's very easy to keep the place looking nice and tidy. There are two bathrooms, one is ensuite to a bedroom. Both are generously sized and also really well maintained with big mirrors and gratutious storage space. There is an west facing balconey which is perfect for sitting and catching some rays, and also has some storage out of the way. There is an office that was essential for my housemate, who works from home. There is also a built in desk in the master bedroom, in case there are two people who work from home.

The apartment comes with one parking spot in the protected garage, but if you need two spaces, people in the building are usually willing to rent theirs out. The building has plenty of street parking around, so I haven't needed to utilize that. We are on the same level as the gym and once of the really nice terraces, as well as an entertaining/ family room that anyone can used. There is also a gorgeous rooftop that we've hosted a few parties on (just try to stay respectful!) It's one street off of Bridge Rd to catch a tram directly onto Flinders Street.

We are looking to organise a lease transfer from 15th of December with lease for renewal in May!
