Room can be furnished or unfurnished, whatever you prefer!
Closest to Swan Street but right in between Swan and Bridge Rd so super close to all the good cafes and restaurants!
Burnley station is a minute walk away and tram stop not too far down Swan St so very convenient for public transport.
Unfortunately no parking available. There is plenty of street parking but it is timed.
Bills not included in rent but have been very cheap.
Lease until November with possibility to extend.
