ABOUT THE ROOM
The room on offer in our beautiful Queens Road apartment has a large built in wardrobe and it can fit a queen size bed and some small furnishings. The room has north facing windows with views of Albert Park and the city. The room is also at the far end of the house to the living room so it will be easy for you to have your own space away from everyone else when you need it. Separate bathroom and toilet shared with 1 other housemate.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT
The apartment itself is HUGE and great for hosting guests and hanging out. It is all carpeted and we have made an effort to fill it with plants and artworks which we would love for you to add to.

The best thing about the apartment is the FANTASTIC VIEWS of Albert Park lake and the surrounding parks and trees. We can also see the city and even a bit of the ocean. As the apartment faces west we get incredible sunset views out over the lake every evening.

The apartment is incredibly spacious and will be fully furnished. If you have any furniture or large things you want to bring, let us know and we can discuss as we might be able to accommodate them.

The apartment has a common area swimming pool (unheated) and a common area rooftop which is absolutely stunning. In summer we often take our projector up to the roof and host our own rooftop cinema night parties!

Did we mention FANTASTIC VIEWS?!!!

ABOUT THE AREA
The apartment is located right next to Albert Park lake on Queens Rd and is a great place to live.

The area is perfect - very accessible to public transport, short walking distance to Fitzroy Street in St Kilda and Chapel Street in Prahran. Walking distance to the beach, supermarket, cafes, and takeaway.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone working full time who is planning to stay with us for at least 1 year. We are currently a tight-nit household and often hang out together, and help each other out. We are looking for someone who is willing to join our beautiful household and take pride in the apartment like we do.

The room would be suitable for a single person or a couple.

ABOUT THE ROOMMATES
We are young professionals, working during the week and close friends. We are very easy going, tidy and like to keep the place looking good. Trent and Steve are good cooks and even better at shaking up a cocktail! We are respectful of each others space and things.

TRENT
Trent is 30 and originally from Brisbane. He works at a car wholesale near the city and often comes home with funny stories of his day at work. He's very friendly and eager to meet new people. He enjoys playing guitar, making music and is always up for a jam. Luckily the apartment is so big and noise-proof that it is impossible to hear anything that is going on in the lounge room from the bedrooms.
On weekends he is pretty quiet - hanging out with friends, playing guitar and catching up on rest.

STEVE
Steve is 29 and from Scotland. He has worked as a full time teacher in Australia for the past 5 years and he is very passionate about music. He has a great sense of humour and Ioves a pint... or two!
On the weekend he enjoys hitting the road and going on camping adventures.
