Description of the home

The property is a comfortable 3 bedroom house to be shared with myself and my dog. The spare bedroom is used as my study but includes a futon couch for ocassional guests who may visit. There is a lovely outdoor area and space to create (and not kill as I do) a herb garden. Lovely neighbourhood in a quiet cul-de-sac.

The property is close to parks (Johnson Reserve and Shorten Reserve) as well as public transport. There is a bus 2 minutes walk away, which takes 30 minute to the city and the train is a 20 minute stroll from the house and takes 15 minutes to the city. It's an easy commute to the airport (only 20 minute drive) and 8km from the city. The supermarket (Sims) is a 15 minute walk as is Barkly St. There are a few great cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Bills and expenses

Bills will include electricity, gas, water, internet and a cleaner. I have a fortnightly cleaner for the whole property so there are no dramas with cleaning and the house can be comfortable for all.

I am a friendly, respectful, clean and thoughtful person. I am an introvert and prefer time alone, especially after a busy day at work. I enjoy listening to music, podcasts, chilling with a book or walks with my pooch. I like to be social but can also keep my space and know when others want theirs.

Description of pets
I have a fluffy, cuddly and cute 4 year old Cocker Spaniel. He is full of energy and loves a cuddle on the couch. He loves to 'help' in the kitchen by sniffing out what your cooking (but we are working on boundaries)! You will experience a warm (at times crazy) welcome home each day from Samson.
