We are looking for a polite and tidy female housemate to join our quiet and professional share house.
Most of us have been living together for 2–4 years, and we are now looking for one long-term female tenant.

🏠 House Layout: 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms — total 4 occupants
We only ask that you follow simple cleaning rules — everyone here lives quietly and with good manners.
Digital door lock installed for secure access.

The building is well-maintained, providing a stress-free and comfortable environment.
💰 Rent: $320 per week (all bills included)
— However, if the total monthly utility bill exceeds $300, only the extra amount will be split among 4 people.
So far, we have never exceeded the limit.
💰 Bond: 2 weeks
⏳ Minimum stay: 3 months (most tenants stay long-term)
